Villa di Poggio A Caiano

The most known of the Medici Villas, Villa di Poggio a Caiano was built in 1480 by Giuliano da Sangallo. The Villa houses the famous Leone X drawing-room (by celebrate Pope, Lorenzo Magnifico’Son) with its important fifteenth Century fresco among others by Andrea del Sarto and Pontorno.
